When does it start and finish
It runs from 12:00am to 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT). If you’re in Europe, that means it kicks off at 9am.
Do I really get 100% of sales?
Bandcamp waives its 10–15% share so you get 100% minus any payment processor fees. These usually account for around 4–6%. Of course, if you’re releasing via a label you should note that it’s the rights holder (ie them!) that gets the money initially…
Should I release only on these Fridays?
Not necessarily. But timing a release, special edition, or merch drop around these days can give you a big boost.
